Can I cancel or change my order?
Email chad@coldpressed.store with your order number in the subject line as soon as possible. We make in small batches, so once an order is dispatched we can't stop or change it.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Email chad@coldpressed.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item, and a short description. If it's on us, we'll reship. If we can't replace it, you get a refund within 30 days.

How do I track my order?
Head to Track Order in the footer and log in with the email you used at checkout. You'll see your order and its tracking, even if you checked out as a guest.

What does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on all domestic orders across India. No minimum, no catch. International shipping is approximately $30 (₹2,500), excluding customs duties.

How long will it take?
Domestic orders are dispatched within 6–7 business days, then transit time on top. International orders are dispatched within 10–12 business days. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Customs duties and import charges are the customer's responsibility and vary by country — worth checking with your local customs office before ordering.

How does the fit run?
Oversized unisex fit — not a regular slim-fit tee. Wider chest and drop shoulders by design. Compare the measurements before picking your size rather than going by your usual one.

What's the fabric?
100% cotton jersey, 240 gsm, with a premium round necktape.

Do you accept returns?
No. We make in small batches, so all sales are final once dispatched.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, if the item is unworn, unwashed and has tags intact. Email chad@coldpressed.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the size you received, the size you need, and a photo of the item and tags. Exchanges depend on stock.

What can't you process?
Requests after 7 days, anything worn or washed or with tags removed, change-of-mind returns, and international orders — those are final. Full terms in our Refund Policy.
