What is your return / exchange / refund policy? 

Cold Pressed produces in small batches — which means we can't offer blanket returns the way larger brands do. Every piece is made intentionally and in limited quantity. That said, we're not here to leave you stuck with something that doesn't fit. Here's exactly what we can and can't do.

Returns

We do not accept returns. All sales are final once dispatched.

Exchanges and Size Replacements

We do accept exchanges for size issues — as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Exchange is subject to stock availability in the requested size

To initiate an exchange, email us at chad@coldpressed.store with:

• Your order number as the subject line
• The size you received and the size you need
• A photo of the item and its tags

Please wait for a confirmation from our team before sending anything back. Exchanges sent without prior confirmation will not be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

To raise a claim, email chad@coldpressed.store with:

• Your order number as the subject line
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your claim. If a defect or error on our end is confirmed, we'll reship a replacement. In cases where a replacement isn't possible, a refund will be issued within 30 days of the claim being approved.

What We Cannot Process

• Requests made after 7 days of delivery
• Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed
• Returns based on change of mind or fit preference (size exchanges only)
• International orders (all international sales are final)
