Domestic Orders (Within India)

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders across India. No minimum order value, no catch.

Express shipping is available for select metro cities and charges vary depending on the weight of your parcel. To opt for express shipping, drop us a message at chad@coldpressed.store. Express shipping requests are subject to product availability and may be accepted or declined accordingly.

Delivery Time Frame

Standard shipping orders are typically dispatched within 6–7 business days (Monday–Friday). If you've opted for express shipping, expect delivery within 1–2 business days.

Cold Pressed produces in small batches — if the piece you've ordered isn't immediately available, we may need a little extra time. A member of our team will notify you of any delay via email.

If you've ordered multiple items, your order may be processed in multiple shipments. You'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link on your registered email address so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Service Delays

Cold Pressed is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by bad weather, natural disasters, or courier delays beyond our control. If this happens, we'd recommend reaching out directly to the courier company using your tracking number for the latest updates.

International Orders (Outside India)

Shipping Fees

International shipping is approximately $30 (INR 2,500). This does not include any customs duties levied at the destination country.

Custom Duties and Import Charges

Customs duties, taxes, or charges may be imposed once your parcel reaches its destination country. If applicable, the customer is responsible for clearing these charges. Cold Pressed is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict what they may be for each country. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to understand applicable rates.

Delivery Time Frame

All international orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days of receiving the order. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination.

As we produce in small batches, if the piece you've ordered isn't immediately available, please allow us some extra time. You'll be notified of any delays via email.

Tracking

Once your order ships internationally, you'll receive a tracking number on your registered email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Service Delays

Cold Pressed is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters, or customs clearance delays. For updates, contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

Failed Delivery

For any failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees — Cold Pressed does not take responsibility for any charges related to the return shipment.

If your order is returned to us and needs to be re-shipped, shipping fees will apply again.

Returns and Exchanges on International Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
